All the doctors are very nice and great to visit; the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and cheerful bedside manner and especially good with young children. She seems very young herself. Maybe that helps! I would go back to her again because she makes my kids feel at ease.

Only needed a visit with the nurse but they made me schedule the appointment to see the doctor. My son needed a treatment for his leg that would be completed by the nurse anyway but I guess this is just their way to bill you more. Appointment was for 11:30 and by 11:55 I was still not in a waiting room so I went to the desk to see how long the wait was going to be. She told me that there were four other patients in front of me which would put me at getting out of there around 1:00! The girl at the desk was not apologetic at all so we left before seeing the doctor. Normally, I would not write a review but this is not the first time I have had to wait for an extended period of time for this doctor and I wasn't going to waste my time there today since I had four kids in tow. What's even more frustrating is that we left a movie early to make it to the doctor's office ON TIME. STOP OVERSCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!!! YOU ARE PISSING OFF YOUR CLIENTS. DO YOU NOT REALIZE THAT YOUR CLIENTS… ARE CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT GOOD AT WAITING FOR REALLY EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME? My suggestions is this: 1. Stop making your clients wait for such a long time for a scheduled visit. I understand that kids get sick and you have to work sick kids in. If you know that a scheduled clients visit is going to be more than 1 hour ahead of time, give them the opportunity to reschedule. NO ONE ENJOYS WAITING THAT LONG! 2. If you are going to make your clients have to make an entire day out of coming in for a visit, add some toys or things for kids to do in the waiting room!
