Drug pushing quack! He should star in a horror movie.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cranford since 1986. He has seen me through everything imaginable. His bedside manner is outstanding and he is beyond thorough. He drills down to find the answers and solutions. His answers may not be what you want, but they always what you need. His staff is outstanding and works hard to get specialty appointments and testing for you if required.

The Clinic wouldn't see me because I have Medicare Supplimental Insurance even though I offered to pay for my office visit entirely. I went there once about 4 years ago....paid for my visit without any insurance payment. What's the deal? Won't recommend them to anyone.

Great bedside manner, and gave me the impression that he really cared about what was wrong. He took the time to carefully explain what was going on, and overall, I was just impressed with him and his entire staff.

After becoming discouraged with my doctor of 12 years, I read Dr. Cranford's reviews and decided he would be an excellent choice. Boy was I wrong!I have lymphocytosis, human parvo, hypertension,and deteriorated disc disease. First words out of his mouth were he was not a pain doctor and for me to go somewhere else.I explained repeatedly I was more concerned with the cytosis as my WBC is extremely high and I need lab work every 2 months to watch my count.He told me he was more of a "tick removing doctor" and he couldn't help me.Hopefully everyone that gave him such rave reviews only needs ticks removed.

he staff was very respectful and courteous, but Dr. Russell Cranford is a very strange individual. He was rude, insulting, impatient, and condescending. Dr. Cranford is the worst "doctor" I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and I will never step foot in this clinic again because of his demeanor and actions. Very, very, strange experience and I would not send my worst enemy to his office for treatment. I could tell that even his own staff was intimidated by him. Maybe he was having a bad day, it happens to all of us, but he was so bizarre that I think there are bigger issues here than just having a bad day. I do not recommend this clinic, nor do I recommend Dr. Cranford. Perhaps he is bipolar?

I have been going to Doctor Cranford since 1989 and always had great care taken care of me. I would recommend.

I have mixed feeling recommending Dr. Cranford. Without a doubt he is one of the best doctors I have seen, and I love the 'no appointment' policy. Just come on in and you're in line! If you're sick and call any other doctor, chances are they can't work you in and their next opening is next Thursday - and you can't wait! That being said, if I recommend Dr. Cranford and his clinic too highly (which I do!) more people will become his patients and that might make my wait time longer next time!! Very personable and SMART! Highly recommended, even tho I want to keep this secret to myself - LOL

Best Doc, I've ever seen. He is fast, to the point and sincere. He doesn't beat around the bush and gets straight to the point. He is affable and enjoyable to speak with yet diagnostically is very precise. The type of doctor who remembers every previous detail without referring to the chart and treats you better with each follow up.

I started using Dr. Cranford and his partner after they opened their Clinic in 1976. His partner has already retired, and Dr. Cranford is starting to gray! I am now a senior citizen, and have told him he cannot retire until after I pass on!. Yes, I have had some bothersome health problems all in these years; but, if I did not get full recovery or complete cure, he did not hesitate to refer me for further help. He has never been wrong in a diagnosis. Only once in all these years did he seem "a little rushed", but never rude or abrupt! He treats me as if I have common sense, which I appreciate! Needless to say, I have recommended a number of patients to his care!
