Dr. Ruth Yoder Dyal, MD

Dr. Dyal is AMAZING! I was super sick during the beginning of my pregnancy and the team got me in every time I called. She was a great encouragement during my labor and delivery, very calm and all around nice doctor. You won’t regret being under her care.

Dr. Dyal delivered my first son and I know she wasn’t feeling well when I saw her for inducing my labor with my son so she did give me a heads up that the backup doctor on call May have to come in depending on when things started to progress...well things moved fast and she returned after I believe she had already driven home. She delivered my son and was a trooper through the whole process even when she was not feeling her best! I have had her as a doctor ever since and she will be delivering my twins in the next week or so. I trust her and have never had a bad experience with her, so I’m shocked to read any bad reviews because I think the world of her.

After making my first OB appointment with Dr Dyal she had to go on medical leave and was for most of my pregnancy so I saw the ARNP. I didn't have a high risk pregnancy so I didn't mind. I saw her a couple times before I went into labor. She was very sweet and listened to every concern I had. She's very good at what she does! She made sure I didn't tear very bad during labor. I know some doctors would just let it happen. My mother and law got a picture of her holding my son right after he came out and you can tell she loves what she does and delivering babies brings her pure joy as if it was her own. Love her and plan to keep her as my gyno instead of going to my old one. Hope to have her as my ob for future babies!

I cant say enough good things about this woman. She is kind, non judgemental, just awesome. She delivered both my children and I trust her. Im just sorry I cant go to her for all my medical needs.

Long wait at the office. But very nice doctor. I would definitely recommend her, but I went into labor on Christmas and got another dr in the group. Both were very nice.

She is a very patient and attentive doctor who I feel really cares about her patients. She has been my OB for all four of my pregnancies and I have always felt very taken care of. I highly recommend her.

You can tell that Dr. Dyal is passionate about her job. During my first visit we met in her office to answer any questions and get to know each other before the exam. She arrives in the room with a smile which puts you immediately at ease. She spends time with her patients and answers any questions that may be posed. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional and courteous OBGYN.

Dr. Dyal was on call when I went into labor. She was supposed to deliver my baby, but she refused to come in Easter Sunday and had a random onsite doctor at the hospital take care of me instead of delivering my baby herself as part of the First Physicians Group. She clearly puts her personal life first and lacks the care and concern other physicians have in the medical community. She apologized later, but not directly to me. When I did see her again after delivery, she was flighty and aloof. Avoid Dr. Dyal if you want a professional doctor who is committed to her practice and patients.

The nurses who have worked with me at her office have been very sweet & friendly, but Dr. Dyal herself it the BEST! Her manner is very calm, kind, & encouraging & she is very experienced having performed over 3,000 births. We are moving 1 1/2 hours away, but I may still drive up to have her deliver our 2nd child too. I feel very comfortable and confident in her care.
