I have been taking my kids to this practice for the past 12 years and Dr. McCoy has absolutely, without a doubt, the worst attitude I have ever seen. It’s has progressively gotten worse through the years. He just made me feel guilty for taking my son to an urgent care. Mind you, their office is closed for the holiday. Literally gave me an attitude for calling and asking a question while he was on call. I’m sad to say that after 12 years, I will look for a different practice for my children. This attitude is unacceptable and beyond disgusting. He should not be a doctor if he hates it so much.

Dr. McCoy is one of the nicest doctors that I know. He really takes time to listen to his patients and makes them feel at ease. I always requested Dr. McCoy for my appointments. Anytime the staff could get me in with them, they did. I recommend Dr. McCoy to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician.

I'm not sure what that last person is talking about. Dr. McCoy is always friendly and caring.

Dr. McCoy has seemed to get more and more unfriendly. I don't know what is happening with him but over the years he has just turned grumpy. And my son actually has an issue that requires more treatment and he showed very little empathy. It is too bad because he used to be really caring.
