We were in many doctors office over the years. Dr Shahani has a charming personality, knowledge and caring heart, which is hard to find. you will feel her intense urge to make you feel better, she makes sure you understand the basic problem of your disease. we will be always grateful to her kindness and knowledge. I have been going to her for the last 5 years, never had any less than excellent experience. She is always on time, asks me about my problems, vacations, life and discusses with a joyful heart. Me and my wife, we highly recommend her.

She is excellent, great personality, easy to talk to, explains everything and is thorough.

I think her license should be reviewed. I have never had so many problems with a doctor. I have become ill on several occasions because of her lack of follow through and professionalism. She let me fall through the cracks at every opportunity. Please find another doctor.

So I sat in the waiting for an hour to see her just for her. Staff is awesome by the way. When I was finally called back, sat in the room for a little while before she came in. I had my daughter who is a toddler since I was unable to secure child care. How is her bedside manner with a child? As I was talking with her about my diagnosis she was very uneasy with my fussy child, handed me a card, said "Call him and we can email regarding the rest of the information" and left in the middle of talking me through it. I thought that was very rude. Yes I may have a fussy child, but to be dismissive of me because of that.....well I'll be going elsewhere for care.

She was curt when I tried to explain my experience with thyroid medications up to that point and cut me off. Did not want to hear me out. Stated flatly what my treatment plan would be, and then presumed that I had taken too much of my thyroid medication on purpose. Will not be following up with her.

She was the most wonderful doctor in my life. She left after her training. God bless her soul. She will be a very successful physician in her life.
