I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Zughayer for several years. I found her to be not only competent, but concerned and caring. She is not afraid to listen to the patient before she acts. What I especially impressed me was when I recently discussed a new issue, she mentioned she already had it noted in her records from previous visits and had been following it without saying anything to me. She wanted me to address it as an issue that concerned me before she said anything. That impressed me that she was following something I had not yet considered an issue.

the only problem is that I missed a vital appointment with her and it was a little hard to get , totally it being entirely my fault; they worked really hard to get me another appointment.

Dr. Zughayer really took the time to hear my concerns. I never felt rushed while in her office. Her office staff are very personable and helpful. She was very professional, caring, and compassionate. She thoroughly evaluated me for my condition and was able to ask all the right questions to come up with a diagnosis. Her recommendations have seriously improved my quality of life. I feel like I have a life back! And I'm so happy to have found a neurologist who is caring, thoughtful, and competent. I've recommended her to several friends and family already. My only regret is that I didn't go to her from the beginning when I started having my symptoms!
