Worst Office Visit Ever!
Posted on February 10th, 2016
Worst Dr. office visit ever. I had to use this office due to the HMO. The best person there works at the front desk. She is kind and courteous. The nurse practitioner is negative and rude and lacks bedside manner. She started diagnosing me without even taking any tests or asking questions. If you have any pre existing conditions, please try to go somewhere else.

This is the worst clinic to go to, NP is not knowledgeable, she provides conflicted result of labs and EKG. Secretary is rude, if you are black they treat you different, they underestimate your ability to pay, even if you have insurance the secretary question if you have pay your premium!!! They just forget to put a sign saying: We do not accept black fox. This clinic doesn't deserve any star. Any star checked is a negative one.
Taking Care of their Community

Dr. Cumber and staff have treated me for seven years and always diagnose symptoms before any of the other doctors have figured it out. They are there to address the needs of the patient and not "sell" a new pharmaceutical. I highly recommend them for those who do not have insurance as they are affordable!

Dr Cumber is fine, it is everyone else that is inept! Dr Cumber is rarely present so you are left with assistants and so-called nurses. They are rude and DO NOT HELP patients. They are worried about carting people in often to get some money.

My opinion is that dr. salimah is a caring doctor that takes the time needed based on your situation with each individual. i would recomend her to anyone she truly cares and is a joy to talk to.

Back when Dr C first started here it was a nice place to go. Staff and doc were all friendly and decent.Since then staff has changed and so has attitudes. Getting refills is like pulling teeth. THey lie. You spend more time waiting in waiting room than seeing dr.Go elsewhere if you want quality care!
