Great bedside manner and patient with all of my concerns. I have sent many of my friends who are having babies to interview him. We are glad to have found a great pediatrician.

Great Listener and never seems rushed. Dr. Anzalone is truly amongst the best Doctors we have had. Definetly sorry to see our old provider move but our children are in great hands with Dr. A.

Found a great Pediatrican!!! Dr. Anzalone has been wonderful his staff warm and the office was very nice. They even have a well baby area. We wanted a circumcision on our son and the hospital did not offer it before discharge. We were surprised to find that Dr. Anzalone preformed it in his office. He reassured us, explained the procedure and used numbing medicine. It healed beautifully. At our last well visit I had to breastfeed feed and I was escorted to their designated breast feeding room. What great office!!!

My 4yr old and teenager were both sick. I called my older daughter’s doctor to see if they could see her, and I was told no because they were overbooked for the day. So then I brought my little one in to see her doctor, Dr. Anzalone, and they didn’t hesitate and fit her right in. Once I was in, he asked if anyone else in the house was sick. I pointed at my oldest who was next to me and I explained that they couldn’t fit her in with her doctor. At that point he asked for my permission to see her. His staff right away pulled her info and fit her right in. They were both put on antibiotics and on the way to recovery. The staff was amazing with my girls!

Awesome doc my son felt comfortable with him . First appt and same day able to get in. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Ymca Healthcare in Naples, FL is honestly the worst place to take your kid for patient care. I waited an hour 30 mintues for my child to be seen and ended up leaving. Not one of the clinical staff stopped by to say anything to my child. They have no type of empathy for you and your child. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I gave this place a second chance today and ended up waiting more than 30 mintues again for my child to be seen for 20 min follow up and on top of that I was early. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I spoke to one of the supervisors and he did not care about anything I had to say. This place has no care in the world for your kid and it’s sad that the doctor is actually a good person but the lacks patient care. I advise every parent in Naples to not repeat the same mistake I did and to find a different provider that is not within Healthcads Network of SWFL. If you love your child do not bring them to this place!!!! Please. Worst service I’ve ever… encountered !

I saw the Dr leave the office while in the waiting area. Later we where rushed in by a nurse and I handed her the certification of immunization I had received at the front desk that day. The nursed glanced at it for less then a 30 seconds and told me he needed an update on his shots. I asked what he needed and she was very irritated by my question. It was almost like she just wanted to get the shots and get ride of us FAST. She made me feel like I was asking a STUPID question. She quickly came back with the shots and told me to place my son towards the wall I did but apparently it was the wrong wall. She decided to shift my son in a very rude manner tours the other wall and aggressively put 2 shots in the same leg. As a parent I was very scared the Dr had not made an order for does shots. She never took a look at my son to see if perhaps he was sick or if he was taking any medications what if he had an allergy she couldn't have known bc she never looked at his history. I was very… irritated and I decided to confront her told her that I did not liked to be rushed. She told me she was going out of her way to see my son like it was not supposed to be her job. I was very confused why so RUSHED I honestly didn't even see her wash her hands she never acknowledged my son didn't even said HI Amazing that is just common sense. He was just as scared as I was. Please take pride in your work and do it right is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT take the time to explain things and be PATION after all you are dealing with babies and toddlers all day.

Great doc referred to Dr. Anzalone because our pediatrician Dr.Vedder is moving away. It’s exciting to see our kids will be taken care of well .We don’t even have to change offices. Awesome!!!

Great staff and Dr Anzalone had an amazing way with our autistic son. They also had him seen by their in office psychologist to help us with services. Amazing visit.

Horrible service! Stay away from this place! I took my daughter to this pediatrician because of the reviews I saw, big mistake! On our first appointment I arrived 15 min before the my appointment, I waited over and hour and a half just to be taken back. Once the "nurse" if she even was one took us back and weighed and measured my daughter she took us back to a exam room the was occupied so she walked us out again and we waited for 15 min more. Once we were in the room the same nurse that helped us kept coming in and out and she asked the same questions over and over again. Once the doctor came In, He was very polite and friendly with me, he did not interact much with my daughter. We were there for her yearly check up and her vaccines. Due to the hurricane they did not have the vaccines and they told me to call in two weeks and schedule an appointment. The lady at the front told me it would make 45 min max. Today I took her in for her vaccines my appointment was at 2 pm, again I… arrived early and waited for 1hour and 48min. While I waited with my ONE year old six other patients came in and saw the doctor, I asked the lady several times when it would be our turn and they told me 10-15 min more every time. I ended up leaving because other patients were being taken care of before us and they arrived after we did. HORRIBLE customer service!
