My husband and I needed to find a new family Dr. since our retired. Dr. Pipes was recommended. We find that the office personel and nurses are very nice and helpful. Dr. Pipes makes you feel very comfortable and takes time to explain things to you. We are very pleased with our choice of a new family Dr.

I called the office to set an appointment about ten minutes ago. The receptionist said she couldn't schedule me because I cancelled too many times. I had the Doctors name switched on my card, and waited for it to come in the mail before making my appointment. I did make one appointment, and misplaced my card that morning, so I called and said I couldn't make it, I would have to reschedule. Then when I called today, she said I cancelled too many times, laughed, and said they marked down that I was a no show for my last visit..which I called with notice. I wouldn't be so upset if the receptionist wasn't as rude. Customer service is everything, I don't care who you are. It may be a restaurant you go to, a store, and it is about how you are treated as a customer, patient, or whatever the case may be. Word of mouth is the best case for advertisement, and unfortunately bad news travels quicker than good news.
