Dr. Samuel Eric Seltzer, MD

Yes you have to wait, but everyone is nice. Is dr Seltzer overly friendly, maybe not but he knows his business and he saved the sight in my right eye. His staff went above and be on to get me cleared for my surgery next day, even though my GP was not helpful

The wait time is about 2 to 3 hours and you go to various rooms, then back to waiting area before seeing Dr. Seltzer. The staff are rude and Dr. Seltzer is not much better.

Dr seltzer is a personable, excellent dr, but his office organization is terrible. Two months wait time for an appointment, and when you get there on time, 2 1/2 hour wait time until you're brought into the second waiting room . No excuses, attitude is:line it or leave it, we don't care about your loss of time

I will be having my 2nd eye cataract surgery this month. I have been very happy with every aspect of my visits and surgery. Dr. Seltzer was absolutely attentive and listened to all of my questions very patiently. His staff in Florence is wonderful. To me Dr. Seltzer has been the best!!

Very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. Now pending surgery.
