Dr. Sanford Goldberg, MD was friendly and took enough time to learn the details, history and complaints. The family history of IBD was emphasized during the first visit and then. He ordered the series of different blood tests, which according to his explanations pointed â??the markersâ??. After almost three months and three blood tests to r/o celiac or Chronâ??s diseases (usually one blood test with celiac panel is enough to determine celiac disease), he continued discussing â??the markers which were not significantâ??. As a result, pt ended up in the hospital with severe pain following two surgeries. When doctor was informed of ER visit and hospitalization, doctor demonstrated no interest or participation in treatment. If Dr. Goldberg, MD did not ignore some of the symptoms and began the treatment with antibiotics on time, Iâ??m sure the outcome would be different. The impression is that doctor prefers quiet and easy life. If you value your life and health avoid him.

Dr. Goldberg is one of the most sincere,patient,and friendly Drs I have ever encountered. He takes time with his patients to find out past medical histories and is genuinely concerned with them. He does not rush you out as other Drs do when you have insurance instead of cash. His staff are all wonderful friendly workers,and like him ,very personable as well.

Dr G takes the time to go over every detail of your history and complaints.I have never left his office feeling like I don't have enough answers. I highly recommend his practice to you!

Did not address my gi issues correctly dismissed as ibs went to another doc willing to work got endoscopy have gastritis which requires prilosec not the levsin goldberg sent me away with one year of pain with no answers from goldberg avoid this doc
