She is also understanding and encouraging.I've been going to her for the past two years and I've been very satisfied with my care. She can be a little bit of a ball-buster when it comes to encouraging healthy habits like diet and exercise and preventive screenings. But I guess that's what you want from a good doctor.

Not a great PCP doctor. Lies, forgets, doesn't understand notes from other doctors so she speculates a lot. Not very bright, and doesn't feel comfortable in her position so has trouble making important decisions. Will not return to her

I have lived in the area for 4 years and have not found a Dr. that I found to be caring, patient, and trustworthy. That changed when I decided to see Dr. Varanasi. She (along with the staff at Cary Medical Group) was thoughtful, attentive, and demonstrated genuine care for my well being. I recommend her to anyone looking for a new Dr. in the area.
