He is a fantastic doctor who continues to learn more for his patients. Cutting edge medicine and always aligns with MD Anderson.

Who knows what these patients get instead of chemo. I will never be back. Mary is very rude.

Miss seeing him at the office as much. There is all new staff that are even better than the old staff I remember. The new doctor has taken me on as a patient. But Dr J has still made sure to be available to existing patients while he works to further his education. So commendable for a small town physician in a town where so many are not boarded or recertified. Although I miss his constant presence I am glad he is part of my medical care and always will be part of keeping me cancer free.

It is extremely difficult to write this but I feel it is necessary. I transferred to Dr Joseph not long after he opened his practice in West Monroe. He and his staff at the time were 2nd to none. I completely trusted that my well being was their number one priority. I recently had a follow up visit and was thoroughly disappointed. Apparently there had been a 100% staff turnover since last year. They no longer have a phlebotomist on duty after noon, which I had no prior knowledge of and since my appointment was in the afternoon was told to go to Labcorp to have it done. The results of my scan had arrived but had not been put in my file and the Oncologist (not Dr Joseph) didn't even know that I'd had one. I didn't walk out with the same feeling of being a priority or trust that I did after that first visit. I truly hope that changes.

Love him and his staff. After being treated like dirt at the place in Monroe, this was a breath of fresh air.

Dr J and his staff were always so pleasant in our hard times. They comforted us and eased us into our care. The front desk is so sweet and welcoming, the nurses are so attentive, and Dr Joseph is intelligent and kind. It is not easy having a daddy diagnosed with lung cancer in his 70s and the decision to do treatment at that age is tough. We are glad we listened to dr j and did it. Daddy looks so much better and they became our onocology family.

Dr Joseph and his staff are gentle, caring, and so efficient. There is barely a wait as we go from reception area to the room to getting checked out with all our upcoming appointments scheduled before we leave. You just don't see doctors offices run this smooth. My aunt is so well taken care of and we were having to drive quite a long way to get care for her when now we can just cross the river. My aunt is always telling everybody about how well shes treated to everyone she meets and so do I. I hope this clinic is staying for the long haul in West Monroe. It's about time we get a doctor and staff like this in town for Oncology. I would have never considered care here locally if they weren't here.
