Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Jairath, MD

Dr Jairath has caused me an enormous amount of stress and anxiety. I have been burdened with a $1000 plus bill that my insurance agreed to cover, due to miscommunication between my primary doctor and Dr. Jairath. I understood that I was having my 5 year colonoscopy, due to my age. I understood it to be a procedure under preventative care covered by my insurance. Poor communication between my primary doctor, Dr Jairath and me has cost me dearly. My insurance agreed to cover the procedure in full, but Dr Jairath and his billing office refused to even discuss it with my insurance. Now I’m being harassed for payment that I can’t afford and never agreed to. I never would have had the colonoscopy if I at anything knew that it wasn’t fully covered under preventative care by my insurance. I don’t have over $1000 to give away I regret feeling required to select from a pool of network doctors that care more about making money than you and your health. I’m so stressed now that… it is effecting me physically. I always have and always will pay for anything that I knowingly and willingly requested. This was a total lack of professional communication between doctors and patient. My insurance agreed but Dr Jairath doesn’t seem to care. Please do yourself a favor and don’t end up in this situation.

This was my third Colonoscopy with Dr. Jairath. He is very patient and answered all questions.
