Dr. Sanjiv Kumar Saini, MD

I strongly believe that Dr. Saini has overcharged Medicare, and as a result, myself, for large amounts due for conditions that don't exist. I have been trying for almost 9 months to get answers from him about why he submitted vastly different charges for doing the same thing (spraying liquid nitrogen) on different parts of my face and body. I have never had an eyelid lesion but he has submitted that claim 3 times, each with a charge of $407 to Medicare. I even sent a personal letter to him with no response. I would not trust him for anything, especially when he picks up the nitrogen canister and starts spraying.

Dr. Saini has been unprofessional and has demonstrated a significant lack of expertise in his field. First and foremost, my wife has been to the office on probably 10 separate occasions to have moles removed, all one at a time. It’s extremely inefficient, but I’m sure he enjoys taking advantage of our pocketbook. He’s also removed “suspicious looking moles” that turned out to be nothing more than eczema based on lab results. Tell me, how does a dermatologist not know the difference between a pre-cancerous mole and eczema? He has also demonstrated a lack of professionalism in the office, routinely telling my wife “you should be a model” and “you’re so beautiful. You’re husband is very lucky.”

Dr Saini and his staff have given me excellent care. The surgery he did on my face has healed beautifully. Everyone here really does care about you.

I have been with the practice since 2005. Dr. Saini and all his staff are wonderful caring people. Would highly recommend this practice.

As I've gotten older I've needed to find someone to help me with the maintenance along the way. I was very careful with who I would entrust with this care, and was prepared to search until the right practice was found. Dr. Saini calmed my nerves almost immediately. His demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge put me at ease and I have been thrilled with the advise and procedures done thus far.

I went into this Lexington park office with 10 moles to get removed. They would only do one per visit, probably to suck money out of people. I got the first one done and never went back. After assuring me that it would be covered under my insurance plan I was told after the procedure that it was indeed not covered. I now owe 2 grand for one mole. This place is garbage.

Incision for small cyst very long (5" for 1.5" cyst) and skewed, stitched shut crooked with extra skin folded over at the end of the incision leaving an annoying lump in a sensitive area of my body. If there was a reason for the aggressive cutting, he did not tell me. Dr. not forthcoming with answers during the procedure, played game of semantics that was degrading. The doctor repeatedly showed that he did not care about me as a patient, nor did he exercise care or expertise in the job he was doing. Very dissatisfied. Now, who can I find to fix his poor work? His office staff was excellent in every way.
