Dr. Sara Beth Immerman, MD

I visited Dr. Innerman as a new patient. It’s been years since I’ve seen an ENT for my chronic sinus infections and tonsillitis. She came recommended but that’s where I stop now. It felt like I was wasting her time, moving me from one room to the next for no reason other than to wait…I guess so she can help someone else? She doesn’t explain how to prepare for the nasal scope nor walks you through it. I was very uncomfortable. She didn’t even numb me. Is that even an option? It was clearly the end of the day and she didn’t want to be there. Oh I forgot to mention she tried to scope my nose by pulling my mask away from one nostril. I’m like seriously…where’s the hidden camera. This women is a joke.

She is the most caring doctor I have met. Saw her for a second opinion after I was told by another doctor there was nothing they can do. Amazing!

Waited over an hour for my appointment outside her office. She did not care to engage with me in any way, and her face basically said “I could care less about why you are here”. The visit involved spraying my sinuses and a quick 5 min. Look inside my nostrils. Total time taken 10min, medicines prescribed (1 Steroid, 1 nasal spray), Total Cost $1450+ - Insanity. Never again. She does not even look like she wants to be there at all or enjoys helping anyone. There are so many more reviews like this on different sites regarding her. Avoid her at all costs and save your $.oh and let’s not forget the fee of $350 charged to all first time patients.

Dr. Immerman took out my tonsils and adenoids and I am forever grateful! She was courteous, efficient, helpful, to the point, and also calm which helped me through my first surgery ever. I had all the confidence in the world that she could get the job done well and I was not let down! Recovery itself was terrible but at no fault of hers. My scars are healed and look wonderful. I am so pleased with Dr. Immerman and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a doctor who gets the job done but eases nerves!

I had chronic sinus infections for years, and Dr. Immerman cured me and haven't been sick since.

I was to have small bedside procedure, but at the last minute it was switch to O.R....needless to say i was very concerned......And the follow up office visit was a horror experience, i will never use her service again.
