Do not see this doctor unless you want to risk permanent damage and hearing loss. I developed an ear infection 4 months ago and despite multiple visits, my symptoms have only worsened — severe ear pain, migraines, tinnitus, and progressive hearing loss. Repeated hearing tests show steady decline, with the loss progressing from treatable to permanent because of delayed care that led to nerve damage. Instead of addressing these issues, she repeatedly gives unrelated explanations (stress, diet, teeth grinding, etc.) rather than acknowledging an infection that went untreated for far too long. Critical tests are being delayed for months, and when I push for answers, my concerns are dismissed instead of taken seriously. Her insistent pursuit of excuses for my pain and hearing loss wasted critical time and directly resulted in where I am today — with permanent, preventable damage. I see in the reviews I'm not alone — other patients have also suffered ear damage under her care. Waiting cost me… my hearing, and I don’t want the same to happen to anyone else.
