Dr. Sarah Zanger, PA

She is obviously very busy in this large practice, but spent as much with me as I needed. I felt cared for and listened to. I would recommend.

Sarah has treated me for several ailments and a chronic condition. She is great.

Called the office and explicitly stated what I needed (vaccinations for a trip abroad). They scheduled me. I went into the office. It was clear that Dr. Zanger had not even looked over why I was there until 10 minutes or so before (even though my appointment was made 3 weeks prior). They could not give me any of the shots and recommended me to U of L's travel clinic. Gave me a Hep A shot. Charged me for two and I've had to dispute the claim . It would have been nice for the staff to listen to what I had said I needed and checked before making me come in for an appointment to get vaccines that they did not have/could not administer.

i don't have anything bad to say about Sarah Zanger, but the staff working in her office is terrible. I am sick and called at 7 am this morning to get an appointment. They said she was booked and someone would call me back within the next 2 hours to try and get me in with someone else in the practice. No one called me back, so i called at 9:30 and was told they hadn't heard anything from Sarah yet. I called again at 12:30 and they said I would have to go to immediate care. The part that is so frustrating is that for 5 hours they acted like they were waiting to hear from her to send me to someone else in the practice, and then all of the sudden, I had to go to immediate care. And in that 5 hour window, no one ever called me back . I had to call each time. I'm seeking a new immediate care doctor.
