Dr. Sarah Friedman, MD

This review is about my wife's examination in Dr. Friedman's medical office in Staten Island. She has a problem with bladder control, otherwise known as, urinary incontinence. Dr. Friedman, after a though examination, explained the treatments available. They are: 1) fluid & diet management 2) RX medicine 3) Botox injections into the bladder 4)Medical devices. My wife chose to try fluid & diet management along with RX medicine trial & error for the one that works. Dr. Friedman is a very professional doctor with a very friendly staff, both office & medical assistants.

I went to see Doctor Friedman and I felt very comfortable, her staff was excellent and as for Doctor friedman she was very professional and very informative and clear when she spoke. I would recommend her to anyone when wants a really wonderful and caring doctor.

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Friedman’s care. She is extremely thorough and compassionate in her explanation of what she thinks should be done. I had pelvic prolapse. She recommended that I have a hysterectomyalso, which I agreed to. Dr Friedman suggested that I read all the information she gave me and then to make an informed decision. I read the phamlets and decided to have her do the procedures. When I came home I followed her instructions and had no problems with any pain or any other type of problems. I am very greatful to her and her staff.

I was recommended to Dr. Friedman from another doctor, who thought she would be the best person to treat my situation. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Friedman’s care. I feel wonderful and am very thankful to Dr. Friedman and her wonderful staff. I would highly recommend Dr.Sarah Friedman.

Dr. Friedman is one of the best doctors I have encountered. She is very professional, thorough in her exam and explanation of her findings, asks all the pertinent questions and really listens to your answers. She gave me all the time I needed during office visit to feel comfortable and confident of my diagnosis. All options for treatment were given to me and she respected my decision.

The doctor and her staff act like robots, reciting countless questions and following a script right out of the pages of university. I'm sure she is a good doctor and her staff as well but I will never go back as it wasn't comfortable to be treated this way. They hardly looked at me only looking at the computer screen following the list of required questions. I followed up with a very reputable doctor and got the right diagnosis after this appointment.

Im sorry to write this but she misdiagnosed me when I was in terrible pain which caused me to have the wrong treatment. Get a more experienced doctor so you wont go through what I did . She missed completely what was wrong and it caused me a lot of pain and when I went somewhere else I was much better off.
