Dr. Sarah-Jessica Poblete, MD

Two nights ago I rushed my wife to the ER with heart palpitations. Not one week ago, her sister died from a heart attack.Heart problems plague her family. You can probably understand our urgency after being treated at the ER. The Physician's strong recommendation was for my wife to immediately contact her Primary Care Doctor, Sarah J Poblete. For certain at the least would be to have the doctor refer a cardiologist to look deeper into my wife’s ailment. We tried scheduling an appointment with Sarah Poblete’s rude nurse to no avail. Her tone was nasty and unbecoming of a health professional. Wait, it gets worse. My wife having known Sarah Poblete since 2012 and being from the same home town, we thought maybe the doctor could simply give a call back at her convenience. We didn’t ask her to bump other patients, not to drop everything or nothing of the sorts, simply a call back because it was “kind of important.” The doctor returned the call 7 hours later practically screaming on… the phone. I could hear the entire conversation from the other side of the room. She berated and scolded my wife who was practically in tears for calling back twice indicating she knew her personally. She repeated herself as my wife apologized 8 times. After her lecture, she finally listened to my wife’s medical question then proceeded to criticize the ER. She actually told my wife she was being dropped as a patient. Well, we’re firing her! We don’t need an individual, ex friend, and so called caring physician to conduct herself in such a careless, incompationate condescending manner. We regret having this woman with the bad attitude as my wife’s physician.

Hate going to doctors, but Dr Poblete made it a very easy visit. She took her time and not only was she thorough but she explained everything that needed explaining. Very personable. Her med tech(?) Cathy was also very good. She works really well with Dr Poblete
