Dr. Sarah Joiner, MD

It is a shame when a physician forgets the oath they gave when promising to practice good medicine. She guesses too much, does not listen, does not return phone calls, or messages. Office holds your records hostage. They tell you your results are on the patient portal when they obviously are not because you are looking right at your portal lab results page. Don’t waste your time with her because when she decides to throw you away, she will blackball you with all of the other Providence Medical Group providers.

Dr joiner is great . but front office is incompetent . i have a problem with something every time i go there.office manager is extremely rude

Would recommend to anyone. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure I more than taken care of.

Dr Sarah was Extremely thorough on my first visit. Recommended several specialists for further help. Although I disagree wit her on some meds, she has a heart of Gold. Her staff is Excellent too. I am impressed.

I am highly disappointed in this office and staff. The front desk is extremely hard to get in touch with. My 7 month old son got mis vaccinated with flu vaccine for third time due to either lack of charting or lack of looking in chart. So as a result my child was over vaccinated and pricked due to a lack of medical skills. As a parent this concerns me that staff is not competent in their medical skills and training.Though Dr. Joiner herself was polite and professional be weary of staff. Do NOT recommend

Overall she's a pretty good doctor. After this last visit I don't think I will see her anymore though. I was supposed to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy, someone forgot to send it. I had to call back and remind them I was waiting on it. After the pharmacy received the prescription they then needed an authorization form from Dr. Joiner for the insurance, I've been waiting four days for that to be completed. I received a referral form to see a specialist and was told at my appt that the receptionist would call and give me my appt time. I never got a call. I called back four days later and was told she hasn't called the specialist yet. I could have made the appt myself but instead was told to wait until I got a call but then never got a call. The appointments are fine but the follow up is just plain frustrating.

Dr. Joiner's office is always helpful, friendly and fast! She is patient, always willing to listen and genuinely cares about you and your health. I am lucky to have found such a wonderful Primary Car Physician!
