Refused to give me a doctors letter for injury and asmatha and I waited for over a 1hour passed my appointment before I was even seen and messed up on getting my meds with pharmacy

I have been with Dr. Lumley for many years now and am very pleased with the care I receive. She doesn't let anything slide by and keeps up on all your testing needed in preventative care. When you do have a problem, she treats it aggressively and promptly and will quickly refer you to a specialist when needed. Her office staff are always very friendly and helpful for anything you need. They are quick to set up all your testing for you. I really like their system of giving you a computer prit out about your visit. Dr. Lumley is very thorough during your visit always asking questions and letting you tell her your problems and needs. Very professional and friendly and easy to talk to. It's very rare to be referred to another professional in the office to take care of me. I get to see the doctor every time usually. Dr. Lumley is a real asset to the community and all her patients.

This doctor is so rude and inconsiderate. She makes decisions without caring for the patient. I sincerely hope she changes her attitude towards patients.

1HR.in a waiting room and additional 35min. In the back room waiting to be seen is UNACCEPTABLE! That was the first time and the second time for a follow up 1hr and 15min! The waiting room is a pig's pen her staff acted like it was a bother to been seen or answer a questions. Her bedside maners in regards to our MILITARY DOCTORS was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE..she should thank those those men and women for the blanket of FREEDOM THAT WAS PROVIDED to allow her to acheive her DEGREE. I wouldn't recommend this doctor if my life depended on it!!!!!! ANOTHR EXAMPLE OF FAYETTE CO. FINEST AND OVER BOOKING!

I can't say enough about the care I get from Doctor Lumley and the entire staff at The Doctors Office. She was by first choice as my Family Practitioner after moving here from Tucson in 2008 an I got it right the first time. What I like best is that she'll actually listen to you and is actually concerned about you and your health. She's the best in my book.
