The doctor may be fine, I only spoke with her for a few moments. However, this office is run horribly! I called to make a woman's Wellness Pap exam appointment. That appointment was scheduled for about a month out. A few weeks later, I called to confirm the appointment and to ask if I needed to fast. I was told there was no reason to fast as I wasn't having any tests run or examinations that day. I reminded them that we scheduled a Women's Wellness Pap exam and they were confused because whoever made the appointment scheduled it for only a "new client visit." I asked what a "new client visit" entails, would I be seeing the doctor, having blood tests, having the pap, Etc? I was told no, the day that we scheduled my Women's Wellness Pap exam was not a day that the doctor actually did Women's Wellness Pap exams! I asked what I was scheduled for, then and was told they weren't sure, maybe I was just coming in to say hi. Are you serious? So I had to reschedule. The next available Women's… Wellness Pap was two and a half months later! So I waited and went to that appointment. This is when I spoke to the doctor for a few moments. While there, I was asked twice to fill out paperwork allowing my past doctor to send this new doctor any information. I agreed and filled out the paperwork. Twice. My old doctor contacted me a few days later saying the paperwork that this doctor sent was ridiculous. It didn't contain any necessary information, including where to return the information or a fax number or anything else that my doctor would need in order to send them my records. I called this office at least 5 times to try to figure this out and either the phone number just rings and rings and rings and no one answers or you are sent to an answering service. The people at the answering service say they can't do anything to help you other than request the doctor's office call you back. They have never called me back. This is a terribly run office and it is unacceptable. I'll be looking for a new doctor immediately.

Dr M. as we call her is the BEST! I have been going to her for approximately 3 1/2 years and I can only say GREAT things about her. She is patient and has an excellent bedside manner. I recently got married and my husband now goes to her. i asked him, "what did my Dr say?" and he replied, " I can tell you what MY Dr said. LOL. Her staff Shirley, Sharon and Paula are the BEST as well. Highly recommend.

I am so lucky I found Dr. Mastrogiovanni. Her bedside manner is second to none and she genuinely cares about her patients. While she may have a long wait time, it does not bother me because I know that she will spend adequate time with me. She gives her patients time, which is a lost art in the medical profession. I just know she is giving her other patients the same kind of respect when working to find solutions to what ails them. I know that it will be a while in her office, so I purposely do not schedule anything immediately afterwards because I do not want to be rushed, nor do I want her to feel as if she needs to rush. She takes great care of my family also. Keep up the great work Dr. Mastrogiovanni. You are absolutely the best.

Every time I go there is a very long wait time. For my physical last year I had to reschedule another doctor's appointment for another time even though I was the first patient in the morning I had to wait two hours which made me late for my next doctor's appointment. My medications are always being screwed up and several times I have been out of medications due to incompetence.There is a definite lack of communication between the staff and the doctor as I have to fax and refax, call and recall several times on several different issues and have complained to the FHCA corporate offices. Also was just told that my FMLA paperwork will now cost me 25.00 (after the fact). Was sent to the ER last year being told I needed emergency surgery and the ER docs said it was not necessary and Dr. M over-reacted. That cost me a bundle and I really should sue for the money to be reimbursed. Speaking of that, the doctor had again screwed up my medication and told me she would reimburse me but never… did. I'm definitely changing doctors after all the cockups this doctor has done on medications, not getting back to me in a timely manner, and then letting me know after the paperwork was sent that I will be charged. She is very kind and concerned but if she can't keep up with what needs to be done then she needs more staff. Also the front desk is notorious for not turning the phones on at 8 a.m. and several times I have called multiple times over several hours with no phone turned on or staff being late. This is a very unprofessional office.

Dr M. is Through, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Unrushed. She is seen from an easy to find modern and efficient office. Every one there is friendly. This lady is the reason I will stay with my current medical insurance provider so I can b seen by her.

This doctor has an extremely long wait time. Unprofessional staff and no follow up. My husband and I have to wait at least one hour before the doctor even came into my appointment room. Then never showed up for my husband, her staff said she was waiting on a call. I guess our appointments were not that important, even though we were new patients to and a scheduled our appointments well in advance. Just very unprofessional and her staff is rude.

I'm 48 years old and have seen many docs in my life. Dr. Katie is by FAR the very best of them all. She really relates to me as a person, she listens to me and addresses my concerns. She never rushes me. There is nothing that I can't talk to her about, no matter how embarrassing. She feels more like a friend than a doc. I've been going to her for about 4 or 5 years now. I just hope that she never stops practicing. Also, just as important, her staff is efficient and friendly and very professional. I never have to wait long in the waiting area or the exam room, and they can ALWAYS get me in the same day if I have an urgent need. I wish I could give them many, many more stars!
