Honestly the best care I have received.

Dr. Zarek is my favorite doctor I've had in my adulthood so far. She's so friendly and willing talk through every option. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. She's incredibly sensitive to my concerns, and always has an upbeat reassurance that puts me at ease. Love her, and I really wish she was my doctor when I was having babies.

Fantastic doctor! She listens very carefully and remembers (or at least takes note of) even the "small" things that other doctors might overlook. I was impressed with the things she brought up during a recent visit from the time I visited her several months prior. She does try to be efficient with her appointments (clearly because she cares about the time of all her patients), but don't mistake her efficiency for rushing. She really is listening and doing careful, focused work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB!

DO NOT make an appointment with this clinic unless you are prepared to get the run around. Disorganized staff are difficult to get a hold of and every time I have to call I'm on hold for 15 mins before the phone even rings. At 7 weeks pregnant I made an appointment to see Dr.Zarek and was schedule for my first appointment at 11 week. My appointment was at 8am on a Monday morning Dr. Zarek's Nurse calls me at 5:15 pm the Friday before to tell me that she is overbooked for my birth month and that she will no longer be able to accommodate me. This is after they called the same morning to confirm my appointment. THEY CALLED LITERALLY minutes before my appointment for something they could have told me weeks ago. They have really screwed me over! Now at 11 weeks I need to find another OB/Gyn and be seen before 13 weeks. No one could call me in the 4 WEEKS before my appointment to let me know she was overbooked? EXTREMELY unprofessional.

I am so disappointed in this office and doctor. Last year was my first appointment with Dr. Zarek and I loved the whole experience. This year they had to reschedule my yearly appointment. I went in and had to wait for 2 hours, which I understand happens. The part I don't understand and am upset about was the 15 minute appointment. The Dr. asked me follow up questions about our last appointment from last year. Because I answered those questions they went ahead and billed me for an office visit. I have called and tried to talk to the nurse and the billing department and basically they told me that because there are a lot of notes in my account I am being billed for a yearly and an office visit. At no point was I ever told this. I did ask if it was covered with my yearly from multiple people and they all said yes. Last year I had the exact same appointment and was not billed for anything but the yearly. I guess you shouldn't answer the doctors questions unless you want to be billed. From… what I can see from others as well this office is going downhill. Be warned! It might cost you a lot of money like it did me!!

I was so nervous to look for the "perfect" OB for my first baby & I could not be happier with my choice to stick with Dr. Zarek. All of my monthly appointments went smoothly & she was always there to answer my questions, help me with my concerns, and not rush me out. Come delivery of my little guy, I don't think I would have trusted anyone else with my labor & delivery. Dr. Zarek made very wise decisions about my labor & delivery plan and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I LOVE her & can't wait to go back to her for my future babies!

I love Dr. Zarek!! She is such wonderful and I highly recommend her to everyone! She is a great listener and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Zarek is unbelievably compassionate and down-to-earth. She has a warm, friendly manner and follows up as promised. She called me after-hours to discuss biopsy results and sent me several emails to discuss my condition. Two thumbs-up!!
