Dr. Sarah Whittaker, MD

I found horrible communication skills, lack of empathy and a major lack of listening skills with this doctor. I was very unsatisfied from the very first visit but continue to see her for eight months. I realized I was making a mistake when I read the other reviews which sounded exactly like what I had experienced.

Absolutely the worst doctor ever. She was condescending and displayed no compassion what so ever when I brought my mother in to see her. She wasn't listening to my mother's concerns and wanted her to have some silly test that took took them 2 weeks to get the approval for. I switched her to my PCP and we took her to the emergency room. Unfortunately the outcome doesn't look good and I just wonder if we could have gotten answers sooner if we had switched earlier.

Dr Morris is professional, nonjudgmental, knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in your well being. She spends the time needed and makes a visit to the doctor an enjoyable experience. I will not go to another Doctor unless absolutely necessary.

Took my son to urgent care at dent tower were she was the doctor that night. He had a swollen lip and what I thought to be some kind of infection. She asked if he sees a dermatologist, and told him it was a bad zit, take Motrin and ice it. When I told her that I'm not buying that and it is not a zit, she looked at it again, then walked out. He ended up at ECMC with a bad infection, was given a strong antibiotic and was told to use heat not cold. She is horrible, never go to her!!!
