This doctor has gone above & beyond in helping me with the care of my mother. From giving me tips & resources to modifying her medications to best suit my mother. Not only the doctor, but her staff as well....compassionate & encouraging. I highly recommend this office & their care. Thank you .

She actually listens to you. She doesn't make a diagnosis before your done explaining what is wrong.

She is very humanitarian. I get very nervous whenI go to the and she was very friendly and inspired confidence. It took about 30 minutes for me to see her but she spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions .

I thought she was very caring, listened to my issues,,Wonderful person and Dr.

At first I was very skeptical because she look so young. My father had no insurance but had been feeling weak and short of breath. Stubborn as always he had refused to go to the ER, but accepted to see a doctor. A friend had refered me to Dr Pagan. She took her time to listen and fully examine my Dad. She did a heart test and told us that his heart was not working well and told us that we needed to go to the ER. My Dad refused, but she even oriented him on how to deal with the bills that would come from the Hospital. After a long discussion, he finally accepted to go to the ER. The Cardiologist told us that he was lucky, because he may not have survived one more week. I think we were lucky to find Dr Pagan. She saved my fathers life.

I can't believe what people do out of jealousy....Dr. Pagan might seem young in age, HOWEVER, in knowledge she is already in the right track. Some people really have nothing to do. Well..let's see due to the amount of children w/o father they get to have the benefits that I pay for, therefore every time they feel like it they want to go to the Doctor and they want a diagnose, EVEN THO sometimes all they have is laziness and too much time in there hand. Dr. Pagan is a GREAT Doctor and is very Professional. When a woman uses "flirting" pure hate, Dr. Pagan is a very beautiful woman who has it all. The looks, the brain, the family, some people can handle that. I strongly suggest you since MEDICAID is well received in so many offices, change Doctors, after all is you who needs the help!!! To Dr. Pagan keep up the good work, your work ethics and your staff makes me very proud to have you as my family doctor. You are famous all the way till OCALA..God bless you!

Your staff is making a bad reflection on the doctor. A more efficient and effective staff is needed.

Thank you for being so caring and a great human being. I have accompanied my mom through her aging years and she and I feel very fortunate to have you by her side as you aide her through her health concerns while keeping finances in mind. It is challenging to call your office, speak to staff, receive administrative support, but we will endure as long as YOU are the doctor.

She is very forthright and upfront, but i like that.she has been so helpful to me, and has totally worked with me on my health and finances.i have reccomended her to all of my co-workers and now we all attend.the office is VERY busy, but they spend a long time with each patient to make sure they are getting the correct treatment.

Very unorganized office, got a x-rays done was called a month after for review. Need it paper work filled out for my job, had to fax twice and was asked to pick the up when they were suppose to fax them to my job directly, excuse paper work did not have my name when I reviewed my name was on fax cover and paper work

She will tell you what she thinks whether you ask or not. She is not a good listener and she has SUCH an attitude. Her bedside manners are not good at all. You don't feel she is glad you are her new patient (giving her your trust). When she finished with our appointment she didn't even say goodbye or thank you, she gave my file to a nurse, turned around, and left. She is too young to be already cocky about being an MD.

Expresses her personal opinion outloud weather its good or bad (not too proffesional) and has an attitude problem, my believe is that she is bipolar bc if shes not giving attitude to the patients she's too busy flirting with them. Great staff though every one else is very polite and nice.The wait time to see the doctor is a bitlong then they place you in a room and theres more waiting to do. Whats aggravating me is that after all that waiting the doctor rushes right through the visit and tells YOU how you are feeling.Luckly theres another doctor in the practice who is very well manered but if you have a problem understanding people with accents, just deal with Pagans attitude.
