This doctor has gone above & beyond in helping me with the care of my mother. From giving me tips & resources to modifying her medications to best suit my mother. Not only the doctor, but her staff as well....compassionate & encouraging. I highly recommend this office & their care. Thank you .

She actually listens to you. She doesn't make a diagnosis before your done explaining what is wrong.

She is very humanitarian. I get very nervous whenI go to the and she was very friendly and inspired confidence. It took about 30 minutes for me to see her but she spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions .

At first I was very skeptical because she look so young. My father had no insurance but had been feeling weak and short of breath. Stubborn as always he had refused to go to the ER, but accepted to see a doctor. A friend had refered me to Dr Pagan. She took her time to listen and fully examine my Dad. She did a heart test and told us that his heart was not working well and told us that we needed to go to the ER. My Dad refused, but she even oriented him on how to deal with the bills that would come from the Hospital. After a long discussion, he finally accepted to go to the ER. The Cardiologist told us that he was lucky, because he may not have survived one more week. I think we were lucky to find Dr Pagan. She saved my fathers life.

I can't believe what people do out of jealousy....Dr. Pagan might seem young in age, HOWEVER, in knowledge she is already in the right track. Some people really have nothing to do. Well..let's see due to the amount of children w/o father they get to have the benefits that I pay for, therefore every time they feel like it they want to go to the Doctor and they want a diagnose, EVEN THO sometimes all they have is laziness and too much time in there hand. Dr. Pagan is a GREAT Doctor and is very Professional. When a woman uses "flirting" pure hate, Dr. Pagan is a very beautiful woman who has it all. The looks, the brain, the family, some people can handle that. I strongly suggest you since MEDICAID is well received in so many offices, change Doctors, after all is you who needs the help!!! To Dr. Pagan keep up the good work, your work ethics and your staff makes me very proud to have you as my family doctor. You are famous all the way till OCALA..God bless you!

Your staff is making a bad reflection on the doctor. A more efficient and effective staff is needed.

Thank you for being so caring and a great human being. I have accompanied my mom through her aging years and she and I feel very fortunate to have you by her side as you aide her through her health concerns while keeping finances in mind. It is challenging to call your office, speak to staff, receive administrative support, but we will endure as long as YOU are the doctor.
