I was in dire straits because I have a tumor in my uterus and I was given her number as she was one of my providers that gave me an ultra sound a year prior. So I called the number and apparently it didn't sound like an office, as she answered "hello" and threw me off...so I said I must of called the wrong number because I was looking for a business. She was the most uncaring doctors I had ever spoken to. I understand I must of called her home or cell number but that was the number that was given to me. I explained to her that and what should I do (since I didn't know what number to call since her technician was the one that had given me the ultrasound and her staff travels to different offices and facilities). She was so short and uncaring and asked "I don't even know if you are my patient or what do you want???" etc... I told her, well I am a patient because I am looking at a bill from last year with your name on it, as well as an EOB and I paid! Long story short, I was so upset,… that I told her that I didn't want to give her anymore business and hung up.
