Dr. Nyak gets all stars,but the staff do not have any social skills, phone etiquette and answer the phone like they could care less. I loved his bedside manner and demeanor.

Dr.Nayak overall is a great doctor,but the staff is poorly organized,if you take test of some sort you will probably never no the results as they are always very busy and can't take a couple of minutes to tell you the results. Its been over a week now and still can't get them. It is totally ridiculous. They just don't have the time. Have had other test done which never ever got resultsfrom,so,watsthpoint

Dr Nayak has the worst office staff. I have heard him screaming at them. Impossible to get appointment Long waits. He is not worth it.Many better doctors in Andrews.

Dr. Nayak is a Great doctor but his staf is a different story. To get a refill, it takes a week before it is done and that is because I have to call every day and have the pharmacist call and they respond that it has been done. They don't care if your out of medicine for a few days and then I have to get ugly with them before they listen and call in the refill. They like to put you on hold until you get tired of waiting and try to call back but can't get through because the line is busy.
