Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you a little about myself. I really enjoy working at Kaiser Permanente because I am free to spend my time practicing medicine and don't have to worry about the time-consuming business details of running an office.
Biography
I was born in India in a small village called Birpur in the state of Gujrat. I went to school in Mumbai (Bombay) and received my medical degree there. I moved to the United States in 1984. I joined Maimonides Medical Center in New York City in 1985 and was chief resident there in my final year of residency. I then worked as an emergency medicine physician for one year before moving to Southern California. I have been working with Kaiser Permanente since 1989 as an emergency medicine pediatrician.
About my practice
My career as a pediatrician is a very special opportunity to connect with children and their families and help them in a meaningful way. I feel privileged …that parents have entrusted me with their children's health, and I strive to care for them as if they were my own family.
How I thrive
I enjoy reading books and travelling, but the most of all, I enjoy working with children.
