Dr. Saugato Sanyal

Dr. Sanyal is a very caring doctor. I am thankful having him as my doctor. God bless him for he is a special person and want him to know how much he is loved.

In an emergency situation Dr. Sanyal put 3 stents in my heart. While all that appears to be fine, his follow up care leaves much to be desired. The follow up care exam was minimal and he probably spent less than 2 minutes with me. But when I needed a clearance for a dental procedure, four weeks later I'd heard NOTHING !!!! I found out the 2 requests, an original and a second duplicate sent two weeks later, were there but had not been addressed. When I got upset , they sent it over to him at the hospital. It was verified the hospital received it, but days later he hadn't seen it. We are now more than another week + later and still no response. His work may be good, but this is standard of care is unacceptable. If he couldn't (or wouldn't) do it I should have had a call at the very least from his office. They never said I should come in, or even go to my primary care for the clearance. Instead I was IGNORED. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Poor bedside manner and cocky

Caring Cardiology provides excellent service. Staff is very supportive and attentive. Dr. Saugato Sanyal is one of the doctors who truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend Dr.S.Sanyal to everyone as a best cardiologist.

Inappropriate behavior. Spoke of his deceased wife and how hie teenaged children are still having a garden time. He thinks they should be finished grieving. He told me about the 2 women he was dating at the time and how they were not well educated. I never returned. Creepy guy

VERY THOROUGH CARING, PATIENT AND HELPFUL. CAME ON SATURDAY TO SEE MY MOTHER AT OFFICE SINCE IT WAS URGENT. EXPLAINS ALL TESTS AND WHY WE ARE DOING THINGS.HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING IN TOUCH WITH HIM LATER
