When I had my first child she was my Dr. from the beginning. She got injured when I was only a few weeks pregnant. I had her nurse practitioner for most of my pregnancy. (she was great and I was very lucky to have her, the nurse practitioner) During the last few weeks of my pregnancy Dr. Malik came back, I started to get high blood pressure. Well, the way she treated it was having me lay on my left side for a 10 to 15 minutes until it went down and she released me and tell me to come back next week. Well, I did this for over a month. The day before I had my baby and I had an appointment (and I was already 10 days overdue) Again luckily the Nurse Practitioner was there that day. When she read my blood pressure and saw how high it was she told me I was going to deliver today. I was in danger and so was my baby. I went to the hospital and found out when I got there she was not going to be delivering my baby because she had cases pending against her and the hospital would not let her… deliver babies anymore. That took me by surprise. So, I had to have another Dr. Dr. Choi. When he saw how many days late I was and how high my blood pressure was he was upset with her. My blood pressure read 250 over 190. My organs were close to shutting down. Later, Dr. Choi had informed me I had fibroid, which was not told to me either. I had a horrible experience with her and luckily I really only had her for a short time because of her injury, thank you Jesus. I cannot or will not ever recommend her to anyone. Oh and by the way I had a friend who had her too and she told me that during her pregnancy she forgot to give her that RH factor shot and almost lost her life and the babies life because she did not give her that shot. I really hope that anyone who reads this, will not ever use her as a Dr. She lacks all personal love and care for mother and child. I don't even want to give her 1 star, I wish there was an option of no stars.

Long wait times, no bedside manner, she doesnt like when you ask questions,over inflated prices & just a bad experience going to her for my 4th childs prenatal and delivery!

I received prenatal care from Dr.Malik from the beginning of my pregnancy expecting her to deliver my child. When I went to Pomona Hospital to deliver my daughter, I was told by a nurse that Dr. Malik no longer delivers children there and further more does not inform her patients! She has another Dr. deliver for her. When I called the office a week after my delivery, I was told she delivers "some" children. I had an appt the day before my delivery and found out from her office staff she was working in the office the day I delivered! Dr.Malik or her office staff never informed me that another doctor would be delivering my child in all the months I was seen there. I fell very deceived by this.

The doctor charges a lot, sends inflated bills to the insurance and chrges copay even for a follow up. Though her diagnosis is good but she is very expensive. I was not ver happy with her staff too.
