Dr. Scheherazade Le

My husband has had seizures since he was 19 years old. No almost at mid 40s. His epilepsy never responded to medication. He went to many doctors of all varieties to count. Had lost all faith that he would be helped by any of them. Which was understandable since the various medication got upped so high that the side effects were worse then the seizures. He went to his first appointment with Dr. Le highly skeptical. This was after his first and thankfully only status epilepticus. 4 years later after undergoing brain surgery he is seizure free for 1.5 years now. Unimaginable but fact. The mere idea of brain surgery was terrifying. I credit Dr. Le in gaining his trust so he would seriously consider the idea. My husband looks forward to his regular appointments. She was the first neurologist in a long line of neurologists to really listen. It has been life changing and we are so greatful

Dr. Le was highly unprofessional during my visit. Wait time was highly unacceptable and I was given no explanation. She arbitrarily decides when she would begin to see her patients, as this has happened to me over the course of several visits. Unfortunately, she was also not able to offer much of a treatment plan. I find visits with this doctor to be a waste of my time.

Disinterested overmedicating doctor.
