Dr. Howard recently did some testing for our teenager. We were very pleased with our experience. He was able to schedule our appointment in a timely manner. His testing was thorough, and he used quality, reputable tests. Our daughter felt comfortable and calm throughout the testing process. We were also pleased with how quickly Dr. Howard gave us the results of the testing. His report was extensive and included several articles for us to read that further explained the results. We feel very supported and would not hesitate to call Dr. Howard if we have further questions about the results. We highly recommend Dr. Howard.

I sought Dr. Howardâ??s evaluation for SAT and college accommodation documentation. Other neuropsychologistâ??s I called required a 4 - 8 month waiting period to get an appointment, I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Howard inside of a week. Due to my academic needs the testing took two days. Dr. Howard was willing to work beyond his normal office hours to allow me to finish the testing. His kind mannerism allowed me to be comfortable during the testing process. Dr. Howard produced an outstanding report in less than a week. His report was complete and excellently detailed. He included the tests administered, background information, reason for referral, behavioral observation, Intellectual potential (including test result spreadsheets), academic achievement (including test result spreadsheets with score / rank and age / grade equivalent ), executive functioning and attentional abilities, summary and recommendations. Dr Howard produced this impressive twelve page report in a… matter of days. His suggestions for learning tools and recommendations were key in my success once I began my college career. Dr. Howardâ??s professionally prepared detailed accurate report allowed every accommodation I sought to be granted. This in turn allowed me to achieve higher SAT scores and admission to my first choice college. The cost invested in testing with Dr. Howard was returned ten times through the scholarships I was awarded in undergraduate school. Dr. Howard is a kind, honest, professional, with the skill to produce excellent reports in an amazingly short period of time. I recommend him whole heartedly.

I have been a patient off and on for over 20 years. This man is about as good as they come. He no longer does therapy (which he was excellent at), but recently I went to him for ADHD testing and he was excellent. After the test he took a considerable amount of time to explain what we did and why, as well as the results in detail; answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I found Dr. Howard very adept and proficient in dealing with complex psychometric testing. I found him professional in his testing procedure and most empathetic in relating his findings. A full clinical summary was very promptly provided to me and directed to my Primary Care Physician. Based upon the clinical findings, Dr. Howard offered suggestions for interventions that were to be further assessed between myself and my Physician. Dr. Howard was also very available for discussions post testing. Dr. Howard impressed me as a physician who is keenly and empathetically aware of the significance of this aspect of testing and takes great pains to be clear in his communication and in the administering of the examination.

I saw Dr. Howard seeking a re-diagnosis of a learning disability first identified in high school for accommodation on standardized tests. I was very impressed with his experience with others with similar needs. He was very specific in apprising me of the exact criteria for accommodation and the likelihood of obtaining it, so as to help me make an informed decision about whether psychometric testing was worth my while. This indicated that he puts patients' welfare first. After we went ahead with testing, he did a great job of explaining my results. He was also quite helpful in followups with my disability coordinator. I ultimately succeeded in obtaining the accommodation I needed, and Dr. Howard was instrumental in this regard. Highly recommended.

Great doctor if you are looking for an ADD diagnosis. Otherwise, don't expect this doctor to look at any documentation from other testing that you supply him or confer with anyone else on your child's team (teachers, doctors, other evaluators). After 4 hours of testing (done all at once) Dr. Howard will know your child well enough to ignore testing scores indicating average attention and diagnose him/her with ADD AND make MEDICATION recommendations - even if you, your doctor, teachers, and your advocate do not agree. After all, he is more qualified and knows better than everyone else.

He misdiagnosed my child and I had to get my child retested. It cost us thousands of dollars on both ends. Our experience was horrible.
