Dr. Bagenstose has been my allergist since 2000 and is as good as they come. He is has been my son's allergist since my son started needing one. Thanks to Dr. Bagenstose's treatment of our allergies (allergy shots), we have both gone from being allergic to cats to not. My allergies to cats used to be bad enough to necessitate a multi- times-per-day albuterol inhaler plus a daily asthma pill in order to live with cats. Now, my son and I no longer take antihistamine or asthma medicine except for occasional eye drops for itchy eyes (I am the one who uses them; my son doesn't). The only allergy medicine either of us takes now is the allergy shots, which train the immune system to handle the allergens that bother it. So they are an actual cure, not just treating the symptoms. The fact that we can live with two cats without antihistamines or allergic reactions is a medical miracle in my book. Additionally, Dr. Bagenstose is very kind and welcomes questions, and he gives helpful answers.… The staff at Ohio ENT and Allergy are also wonderful. Very kind and knowledgeable nurses and receptionists in all of their buildings. I couldn't recommend Dr. Bagenstose and his staff more highly.

I loved the doctor and his staff. They listened and were caring and compassionate. I felt I received top notch care with a plan in place to meet my health concerns.

Dr. Bagenstose listened to my issues I have been trying to diagnose for years. He heard me and recommended solutions that would actually help me. He spent time explaining my options and answering my questions. I did have a while to wait but after years of doctor visits it was worth it.

Dr was very nice, and helped come up with a game plan. However, I waited in the room for and hour and 40min before he came in. Nobody checked on me, or warned me about the long wait. It felt very unprofessional.

Great doctor, knowledgeable and clear communicator so I was able to understand in laymen’s terms. Nurses were fantastic too - so kind and funny!
