Dr. Brancolini was a very conscientious doctor who took the time to go over not only my diagnosis but possible solutions for something that no other doctor had ever offered me in 8 years of dealing with RSD. His assistant doctor was also extremely inquisitive about all of my symptoms and willing to help me come up with solutions and changes that no one has ever offered me. His staff is courteous and kind, callingcalling ME to be certain that I was able to get my prescriptions on time. At my previous doctors office I have had to make repeated phone calls just to get prescriptions fillrd. I have never had an experience like this with a doctor before... he deserves all the 5 stars that he gets. The kindness of his staff from everyone that you speak to on the phone to the receptionist desk is just kind compassionate and considerate. Susan particularly has gone out of her way to make things easier for me! Unheard of in this type of medical practice. As people who are undergoing pain… treatments we are often treated like junkies despite the fact that many of us have very real health issues and pain problems that have plagued us for years. To be treated as a patient with needs and not like an annoyance was a welcome relief from what I have been treated like in the past at several other doctors offices. Some of us just wish to take enough pain meds to live a normal life. And sadly those who abused the medications have made it far more difficult for the rest of us. Coming to this office there was not one bit of that treatment towards me. I was concerned with having to switch doctors after having a change of insurance. If I had known a doctor like this existed I would have switched years ago! I will be seeing Dr. Brancolini for the rest of my days or unless this goes in remission God willing!

After 2 successful spine surgeries, thoracic and lumbar, I am left with some lingering pain. Because I am fairly young, 38, and work in a physically demanding job, pain management is a life saver! I received trigger point injections during my third visit this morning. By late afternoon, the painful muscle spasms in back were 80% relieved. I was able to stand up straight and move around with much less stiffness and pain. I could hardly feel Dr. Brancolini giving the shots, but I could tell he found all of the trouble spots by pushing on the muscles to identify and mark the worst spots for injecting. I am feeling so much better already after walking around stiff and crooked for the past 5 days. Everyone I have interacted with during my visits, (nurses, fellows, PA's) and Dr. Brancolini have been extremely knowledgable, helpful, compassionate, and willing to take the time to figure out the best treatment and get to know you as a person, rather than just another patient. He… recommended therapies I would not have thought of (and I've tried pretty much everything) such as working with a therapist to use biofeedback strategies for muscle relaxation. My nurse today, Tina, went above and beyond to comfort me and keep me from feeling afraid or nervous while I was receiving my injections. It was like have my own mom there with me. I highly recommended this practice if you are in need of pain management therapies.

I think the office is bright an cheery and that the staff is the nicest I've ever met. I love that everyone is always so friendly and professional. It is a teaching hospital so of course you will have medical residents and medical students. Anyone who doesn't want to see a resident should go to private practice. The office is newly designed and new doors offer privacy. Dr. Brancolini is the best!

I've been seeing dr Brancolini for almost 3 years after a string of numerous complications and surgeries related to a rare cancer diagnosis. I'm blessed that I have a great team of many doctors but dr B really listens to you and really considers your input when putting together your treatment plan. He's very compassionate and you can tell he truly cares.
