Dr James was fantastic at listening while I explained why I was there. I did not have a vascular issue but a bad neurosurgeon was trying to pass the buck. He made sure to do a thorough exam to help me battle that. Doctors don’t usually listen and pass the buck.. but not this guy! We need more doctors like Dr James for sure!

Everything went according to plan. The doctor walked me through each part of the ablasion. He was thorough and kind. It went as well as it could have!

Dr. James patiently addressed all of my concerns. I met with him a few times before he made his final recommendation that was in my best interest. He showed that he cared. He did not rush me into anything just to get it done. Dr. James showed his concern for the final outcome and my happiness with the appearance of my skin following the procedure. I would highly recommend this wonderful doctor and will return to him for any other problems with my veins. Sasha Nicole L.

I was caring for my father, Dr James was his provider, he was 84 years old with a lower calf injury that wasn't healing, Dr. James was his wound care specialist. He saw him several times, the last time, my father's wound was getting worse, his flesh was necrotic, he said he was leaving for vacation, it would be fine until he returned. NO WAY, I took him to South Shore Hospital ER (on the recommendation of his PCP) to be seen by a wound care specialist at South Shore hospital. My father was sent to the wound care clinic and saw a specialist that day. They were horrified, they said if it had been left untreated, he would have lost his foot! They saved his foot, no thanks to Dr. James. Everyone is entitled to a vacation, he should have at least sent him to someone else for care, he did nothing!
