Dr. Pennington took a good amount of time to discuss my ortho issue and what procedures we could take to resolve it. I found him to be friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. Have confidence in his diagnosis.

Dr. Pennington has excellent patient care skills ! He communicates diagnoses in an understanding manner. Very informative and does not make you feel like your on a patient assembly line.

On Time. Listens. Stays away from surgery unless needed and he’s solved two issues for me. Great doctor and great practice. I feel well taken care of.

Dr. Pennington was very attentive to my shoulder injury and knowledgeable about treatment for recovery. He is flexible with options for care and provide both surgical and non-surgical options.

I don’t think he spent 5 minutes with me. He barely examined me and I’m not sure he understood my problem. Very disappointed.

My experience with Dr. Pennington was limited to one consultation, which was a very good experience. The doctor has a great bedside manner, answered all of my questions, was on time with the appointment and overall engendered a lot of trust. I felt very good to be in his care and I highly recommend him.

After 50+ years construction I’ve had bilateral shoulder pain worsening over the years. I saw several orthopedic drs. who all told me I was being stubborn when I wouldn’t agree to have shoulder replacements surgery done. Dr. Pennington agreed it cannot be repaired, but instead should ideally be replaced. There are giant differences in his approach to that end, however. He said no need to do surgery until I am ready. He’ll help me manage discomfort with injections until then. He allowed me to be part of the treatment plan instead of trying to force his will on me. Validated value of my perspective. It doesn’t hurt that he is clearly well rounded and has relatable interests and civic minded. He’s also entertaining. I live in a rural South Georgia town, but no matter where I live I’ll travel to have him be my orthopedic surgeon.

Doctor Pennington was thorough and offered insightful diagnosis and treatment of my golfer’s elbow. He spent time not only addressing my arm pain but was friendly and engaging in greeting me as a new patient. I will be referring others to him in the future!

Dr Pennington was candid and genuine- refreshing to have a Dr more focused on authenticity and your best health pathway; I would highly recommend
