Office staff horrible having inappropriate conversations

Dr. Devanny has been our family Ortho. guy for 8 yrs. Along with his professional manner, he is easy to talk with. He clearly cares about his patients and evaluates what we share for symptoms, follows through with appropriate tests, and offers appropriate treatment. What I like most, is that surgery is not the first line of treatment and never has been. If we need follow-up care, it is easy to get an appointment to discuss changes, whether a treatment worked, etc. The staff, from reception, MA's and RN's, represent Dr. Devanny with the same compassionate care with the desire to see his patients feeling well in that they can enjoy an active & healthy lifestyle.

Waited an hour in the waiting room, Medical Assistant that roomed us was rude, Dr. Devanny spent maybe 5 minutes with us. We didn't leave with a dx or even a thought of what the next step was. To top it off there was no follow up phone call. Had to call the office twice before someone called back 2 weeks later. Overall it was not a good experience. I would recommend walking across the street to COPA.
