I am being charged for a sick visit as well as an annual physical because during my appointment I talked with the doctor about things that were causing some issues. Silly me, when he asked how I was doing, I answered honestly and sought help from my Dr. Last I knew, that was part of what a physical was. When I spoke with the office manager, she was rude and would only says "Sorry that's how you feel". No genuine apology, empathy or willingness to work with me on the amount due (that should not even be due in the first place). She told me that is just the way it is. Funny how that is not they way it is in other doctor offices. This is borderline insurance fraud, charging for two appointments in one day when only one actually occurred. While the Dr. does have good bedside manner, he will apparently charge you everything he possible can in the process. Avoid this doctor at all costs unless you enjoy paying for appointments you do not have.

the receptionist is so rude and the tone she gives just goes thru me , when I call it like I am bothering her. I am one of many that pays them I don't work for them. The Dr. Hippeard is fantastic he need new staff.

Dr. Hippeard is a wonderful Doctor. Takes his time with you and explains everything to you. The staff is wonderful to.

The office staff is condescending and dismissive and tends to not give accurate notes and messages to the doctor---if at all. Dr is great though.

Dr Hippeard actually takes time to listen to his patents and give answers to questions that other Dr's seem to not care about.

Likable, prompt, friendly, and has a medical troubleshooting method that makes a person feel like he won't over treat simply in order to have a super quick diagnosis. He takes his time to get it right, and for someone who is not interested in over-medicating, that's a relief to find in a physician.
