I saw Dr Hofer about 4 hrs ago. I like his manner and staff. With the Civic I don't want to come for a visit. Can I send him an email and I will pay for office visit. Please help. Thank you. Angie Ernst

Excellent doctor!!!He is just as good or better as anyone at Columbia Orthopaedic Group.Dont waste your time going north.

I love this doctor and his staff. They were thorough, patient, friendly, and professional. Great experience all the way around. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. This is an awesome doctor, and I'm totally happy that I'm his patient. I now have new hope for an active life in my later years.

Something wrong with knee. Very painful and swollen. Gave injection and referred to PT. Neither one helped. No definitive diagnosis. Had to leave area and went to my local dr for further treatment and diagnosis. Working on it now. Thought visit to dr Hofer was a waste of time and money.

After having an MRI on my knee I was never given copy of the results or told I had torn meniscus. Had a Synvisic one injection which would not work with a torn meniscus. Had lots of pain. Called office for a week no one would return my calls. Had to find a different doctor to get relief. I could not and would not recommend Dr Hofer.

This doctor is good but I will never go back to him. His staff is rude and his billing specialists are the worst I have ever seen. The insurance billing specialists could not bill my insurance correctly and in two years I could not get them on the phone one time. I called the insurance company and they told me the codes being used by the billing specialist were incorrect and gave me the code they should have used. I sent the codes and a letter explaining that I had talked to insurance company and what was said to the billing specialist address. The billing specialist never changed the codes according to my insurance company they just sent the same codes in again. I ended up just paying the bill so I would not have to call his rude staff any more to complain about the billing specialist never answering my phone calls. I should have spent $350 out of pocket but instead I ended up paying around $1,200.
