I have never went to a place where you have surgery, and go for a post op visit to remove stitches, and the doctor decides to talk to you about something irrelevant to the visit and charges you for the visit. I did not bring on the topic, the nurse actually removed my stitches and I was ready to go and the doctor came in and started talking to me about Acne, and because I am not rude, I answered his questions and he charged me, so a visit that should have been otherwise covered under the surgery service was now a huge bill. I don't think doctors have the right to do this. Horrible Experience. I have called his office SEVERAL times to talk to the office billing manager, and she NEVER calls me back. Apparently she is not available to the public. So if I don't pay, then they will send me to collections. Tell me how this is right!!!!!!!

I will only see board certified dermatologists from this point on. My experience with this doctor is the least professional I have ever experienced. Had I not followed my gut and had a thorough check up with a another dermo days after seeing Darling I would likely be facing a dangerous medical situation. You have to follow your own instincts. Unfortunately, I did not initially follow mine.

Irritated that they took my insurance card on my original visit and billed me for the first visit - which I paid by credit card. Then they called me back after my second visit and asked to add my second visit to my credit card so that "this charge could also be credited toward my insurance deductible." Their words. When I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance provider, they stated that Dr. Darling was not part of the network. Dr. Darlings office surely knew that they were out of network for my insurance company, yet they led me to believe that they were part of the network. Now I've lost the entire amount of my billing toward my insurance deductible. Also - before I left on my last visit, they all but twisted my arm into writing a great review of their service. Don't let them do that to you! Write the review at home if you want to. After the dust settles. My bad for not looking this up on my insurance website first. Their bad for not being honest with me. I won't use… their service again - or recommend them. This was underhanded.

I started seeing this doctor that was referred by the #1 Ortho in the area. My first three appointments turned out good as his assistant in training from her college UB did good also. My last appointment with him that he knew was based on his doctor opinion of my injury and he was telling me that my pain and where it was didn't make Sen CD and that I changed the story! And started talking down to me because he is a doctor and is superior.

I have seen Dr. Darling semi-annually for skin checks for several years. I have been very pleased with Dr. Darling and his staff each time I have been there. Dr. Darling always takes the time to check and measure moles to ensure they aren't changing. The staff is available and knowledgeable to answer questions I may have. I recently had surgery in the office for Varicose Veins. I was a bit nervous about the procedure; once I talked to the nurse, she eased my mind and I sailed right through with no issues. The Nurse called to check on me the following day. It was a great experience and am anxious to get me other leg completed! I am able to exercise and have more energy. I would recommend this office to anyone! Excellent office with a wealth of knowledge.

Nice man, good doctor, but I had several things he looked at. I had to follow up on these issues each time to find out what the diagnosis was, did I need a prescription, what did insurance say, etc. Each time the response was one of surprise: "Oh, we didn't get that to you/ we never told you?" Still, everything else about them is really great. So, I will keep going and plan to badger them after appointments to make sure bases are covered.

Dr. Darling was very efficient and thorough in removing some precancerous spots from my skin. He explained the importance of having them removed and how to take care of the spots after removal. His staff was very courteous.

Overall it was a good experience. Dr. Darling is caring and I would reccomend him. Great Doctor'd office and everyone is nice and friendly.

Dr. Darling and his staff, with the exception of one, are wonderful, caring people. The lady in the front office has no business working one on one with people. She is rude with patients and his staff.

I went to Dr. Darling because my mom had been seeing him. I had a rash for several weeks. He barely looked at it and said it was from an allergy (DUH!) I also had some suspicious spots I wanted checked. Before I knew what was happening he started spraying my skin with liquid nitrogen to freeze off these "precancer" spots. No explanation, not request for permission or anything. He sprayed 5 spots, one of which became infected almost immediately. I will have a scar there. He also subjected me to sales pitches for his skin creams to heal sun damage. I was called a day after the appointment because they didn't charge me enough on my original invoice. HORRIBLE.
