Dr. Cook and his assistant Ray are amazing! They did my hip replacement in 2014 and my other hip in the fall of 2024. They are always so kind, compassionate, and thorough in their patient interactions, which is so refreshing! Blessings to you both!

Dr. Scott Cook. Is an excellent doctor, surgeon and very personable. He treats each patient with respect and imparts his expertise with them. He replaced my right hip in 2019 and it was life changing for me. He just replaced my. left hip and I am receiving excellent follow. Up care.

My appointment with Dr. Cook was a follow up after two years. He did work on my knees. The instructions to prep for this procedure were excellent. I followed them to a T. His office visit was pleasant . I was pleased with his comments on my status. Provided advice for treatment on a minor pain problem has been helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook to anyone

I have been a patient of Dr. Cook since 2008. Has replaced both of my hips and has given me a new lease on life. I am practically pain free. Dr Cook and Staff did a revision on my right knee that a lesser doctor did 5 years ago. My New knee works and bends twice as good as the first. he took precautions that my first surgeon didn't. And now I'm living pain free and moving about much better than before.

I am very satisfied with my total right knee replacement performed by Dr. Cook three months ago. I still have some minimal swelling and pain as I recuperate, but nothing compared to the severe pain I was experiencing after even 15 minutes of standing or walking previously. In fact, we just returned from Rocky Mountain National Park where I was able to hike on easy trails for 45 minutes at a time. I feel I could have gone longer, but was cautioned to work up to longer times gradually. I can see that I am going to be able to return to my prior life without constant pain and am so happy about it.

Pleasent. Nurse was fantastic both at visit and follow up plans. I had a consultation with Dr. Cook regarding possible surgery. Dr. Cook did not feel surgery was necessary at this time and suggested MRI. It was a very good consultation and I appreciated Dr. Cook's suggestion and will return when and if I need surgery.
