I am finally happy to be able to say something positive & yes nice about someone . I was wrong on my first visit. I have worked in the Medical Field for 16 years, and I want to say this man is incredible . Very personal, and so knowledgeable, I would recommend him to anyone, just take my word on this. His staff is friendly also.

Gave a through examination.....but the follow up was non existent.....told me he was going to prescribe 2 meds which apparently he never signed to send in. Also told me would have 24 hr. Relieve but have nothing to take.....paid 150.00 to this firm and they can't even send in a prescription for a patient.. cannot get through via telephone to speak to a live person, very very poorly run office....was also told his notes say nothing was prescribed nothing for me.....wow unbelievable.... NOT A VERY GOOD IMAGE for a first impression visit

Went in for a cleaning - had bad experience with another doctor (not affiliated with this practice) and Dr. Greene was very compassionate and did a great job - no discomfort whatsoever. Also had hearing test with Arianne (?) who as as sweet as pie. The gal at the desk was nice, too. The male nurse that took my history was very kind, as well.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Greene and I don't know where to begin...He is an amazing Doctor . First time ever having to go to an ENT Dr. is when I found a lump in my neck and a co-worker hounded me to make an apt with my primary who I then was given Dr. Greene to go to and I am blessed that I was able to have him as my doctor. He is so compassionate and caring for his patients and u feel very comfortable with him. When I was given the diagnosis that I had thyroid cancer I was all over the place and he was so amazing and told me to call him anytime with any questions he was there for me and he was. I had to have my thyroid removed and he was a fabulous surgeon who removed anything he saw was suspicious of cancer and I truly believe he saved my life and God put me in the right hands when I walked into his office. I will send everyone and anyone I know who needs an ENT doctor to him because he is that truly amazon. He a blessing that is for sure!!
