A total lack of respect for your time. I had a tela-health call scheduled, his office calls me 1 1/2 hrs early, to say the Dr is ready. Naturally I miss the call, so when I call them at my scheduled appointment I am told the Dr has left for the day. No reschedule, no call back, have never hear from them again. They couldn't care less about your schedule, your obligations..... Total disregard for your time!

Saw him close to 10 years ago after seeing stellar online reviews. Shocking to see no other negative ones. Saw him for a wrist issue that he failed to diagnose correctly and months later, overheard him telling another doctor that he thought I was faking and must have a crush on my physical therapist. Then after a more careful set of x-rays at that visit, lo and behold, he saw the issue he’d missed and discounted (but which I’d been stating was still happening) and murmured an insincere apology. (The physical therapist had correctly identified and localized the problem months prior.) I changed providers as soon as I was able. Months later, I had a friend who reported he messed up her wrist, turning a less major problem into something that required a cast and surgery- and he’d discounted her input as well. Avoid this guy.

I've so admired Dr. Pregont's expertise and genuine concern regarding my rather complicated wrist fracture. Both the acute care of the injury, and planning the recovery have been tremendously reassuring. I hope I never break another bone, but if I do, I know who to go to.
