Dr. Scott D Ruffo, MD

There is always a wait to see Dr Ruffo sometimes 3 hours. We have been waiting for Dr Ruffo to make a telehealth call to us from 1 month ago. We have called the office at least 5 times and we are told he will call us a certain day or time and never does. We need results from a test for ultra sound of the heart. The office staff are ver very rude and lie to us every time we call. The latest excuse is that Dr Ruffo is busy with patients and he will call you by 4:30 and never does and also they say his telehealth calls are not working. So we really need these results asap. my husband is having a lot of trouble with swelling of his legs and feet. I feel that the Dr could at least call us. We have been lied to for 1 month now. This is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Ruffo. Two days before the appointment I received a call saying the doctor was not available. The next available date was about a month later. His office called a few days before to reschedule since again the doctor was not available. I declined the invitation to reschedule and said I would find another doctor.
