Along with a General and Trauma Surgery residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernadino, California. Dr. Rochlin also participated …in a Burn and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Rochlin also participated in a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Rochlin is currently licensed in three states Arizona, California and New York. She is proud to hold a flawless record in each state and has never been involved in litigation with any of her patients.
Prior to becoming a doctor, Semone Rochlin, RN was an Intensive Care Nurse practicing at St. Joseph%u2019s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, and St. Luke%u2019s Hospital in Tempe, AZ. She is a native of Detroit. She enjoys meeting new people, great conversation, good food, photography, tennis, scuba diving, horseback riding and collecting antique medicine bottles.
Dr. Rochlin meets personally with every patient at their initial consultation, pre-operative and post- operative appointments. She believes in being there every step of the way through your unique surgical procedure. To help her patients make their surgical experience as effortless as possible. The total quote Dr. Rochlin%u2019s staff will provide you with for surgery include all aspects of your surgical journey including consultation(s), pre-operative appointment(s), operating rooms fees, anesthesia, recovery room fees and post-operative appointments. Additional surgical center fees* may need to be paid directly to the surgery facility for surgical procedures that require an overnight stay. Other fees outside of Dr. Rochlin;s office will be incurred prior to surgery for labwork (i.e blood draw), radiography (i.e. mammogram, ultrasound) or other tests like EKG or Health Clearance from your primary care physician. There will also be fees incurred for post surgical prescriptions. Dr. Rochlin can write for Brand Name or Generic prescriptions whichever is preferred.
Dr. Rochlin also works with several different financing companies to be of assistance with all her patients financial situations. If financing through a credit company is not an option for a patient Dr. Rochlin offers an in-office, no credit check Layaway Plan to help patients reach their surgical goals.
*Surgical fees exclude pre-surgery laboratory orders (i.e. blood draw), radiography (i.e. mammograms). Medical clearance from your primary care physician, if necessary, and post surgical prescription medications to be filled at your pharmacy of choice.
