Dr. Seth Mason Kantor, MD

I had taken medication previously prescribed by Dr. Kantor and had side effects. Dr. Kantor did not seem to much care. My oncologist asked Kantor to consult with me about a recent health change , I was refused an appointment unless I agreed to take PROLIA, his treatment of choice no matter how distressed I was about side effects. His office told my referring physician that I refused an appointment with Kantor which is a lie. In truth it was Kantor's office that refused to see me if I did not agree to letting them give me this medicine, period, with no other options or discussion about my concerns. Dr. Kantor's office told me to go elsewhere for treatments.

A very basic doctor. He asks a few questions and writes prescriptions and lab orders and is out the door. He is not very available as he is on vacation much of the time. When trying to schedule or if I am having an emergent situation he is usually out of the office.

This is only my second visit to Dr.Kantor & I trust him a 100%, He is very up front, Very kind, I haven't had many Doctors besides Murnan that has been truthfull with me, I appreciciate that very much.

I saw a rheumatologist that my husband heard from a from. With no blood tests ( and improperly squeezing my arm) made a flipant diagnosis. I saw another, who was affiliated with the first and agreed with his dx as soon as she heard the name without reviewing my information or any new labs. My mother told me about Dr. Kantor and how impressed she was with him. I saw him and on the second appointment he made a new diagnosis that had been overlooked! His office staff is a tad overly busy and can sometimes over look a thing or two, but can quickly resolve the issues and are very apologetic when/if it happens. It has happened to me only twice in almost a year in this very busy practice. His partnew, Dr. Lake, has helped me and I really appreciate her willingness to participate in my care. I cannot say enough positive things about this team!

An extremely knowledgeable, well thought of among his peers nationally,dedicated to the accuracy and competency in evaluation, testing and treatment of patients with musculosketal and joint medical problems. He is sought after to speeak at meany state and national meetings. A physician specialist's opinion.

One of the worst bedside manners of any doctor I have ever had. He couldn't figure out my problem and offered no follow up or referral even with findings of abnormal lab values

No problems....Dr listened to my problems...offered suggestions...very nice...will call to follow up after testing
