This was my first visit with Dr. Trivedi, after transitioning from Dr. Brottman. My daughter has been driving me for over 20 years to the Brush Hill/Schiller location, which is 30 miles from my home. My appointment was at 11:50, but I arrived at 11:20 to be respectful of the doctors time. After waiting until 12pm, my daughter asked the front desk about the delay. I was finally called in at 12:20, just to sit in the room waiting again. My daughter went to the nurse desk to ask if the doctor was planning on seeing me since it was now 12:50. The doctor came in within a minute, clearly eating. He came in as if he wasn't an hour past my appointment time. I had not eaten prior to my appointment because I didn't know if he would want me fasting to perform bloodwork, yet Dr. Trivedi found it reasonable for him to eat knowing he had rims full of patients, that were also delayed. The fact that they were clearly overbooked and didn't have the audacity of notifying patients of the delay, is… very disrespectful of our time.
