Dr. Shabnam Husain, MD

Dr. Husain entered the exam room at 9:30 am and did a great job of reviewing my medical information, explaining my lab work, the x-ray results, and the CT scan results. She then made changes to some of medication, explained the next steps for me to take, requested my next lab tests, and gave me the timeframe that she wanted for my next appointments. She then put in a request for me to get an MRI that would need to be approved before it could be performed. She also explained to me why the MRI was needed and what the vresults would show. I continue to appreciate the services that Dr. Husain and her staff performs.

She was an hour late and spent less than 10 min with me. Didn't ask a single question, and brushed off my concerns.

Poor bedside manners.

Words cannot describe how awful this doctor is. Find yourself another doctor...

This Dr. has no compassion toward her patients; extremely irresponsible; she doesn't follow up or pay any attention to the test results. You have to call her million times to get a prescription filled or get a response regarding a positive test result. Do not call her if you have a medical issue just go to an emergency room; if you call her, you simply cannot get hold of her at all and if you do she simply does not care that much to do anything about your medical condition. Do not go to her at any cost.

Worse Dr. I have ever been to. I went in for a physical. I did not remove a stitch of clothing and she only listened to my heart/lungs. Didn't even look in ears, mouth etc. when I talked to her about a lump, she didn't even look, said it is cosmetic! What a waste of time she is.

Very good listener and sympathetic. Correctly diagnosed a condition other doctors missed. Sometimes hard to get to see because of her hospital work. Highly recommended because of her experience as a hospitalist and a clinic doctor.

She completely rushed the appointment like I was a customer in line at the checkout stand. I didn't even get to discuss everything that was worrying me. She's an "in it for the money" doctorâ??she squeezes in too many patients and clocks the face time with you for insurance money without ever actually helping you.

i am surprised that she is accepting new patients. She just does not have the time. the biggest problem i had with her was she just does not return calls and does not fill out forms on time, i lost out on state disability because the form was filled out too late. Her assistant is also very hard to reach.

Dr. Husain was cold, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and bizarrely lacking in compassion.I came in to have my throat checked and was treated like garbage. I couldn't even describe my symptoms without her speaking to me with condescension and coldness.Thankfully I have good insurance and after telling my dad about my experience, I found another doctor who was warm, friendly, and willing to listen.I found out through my professional, caring doctor that I simply have acid reflux, a very small problem. Good luck to whoever is forced to see this lady with a serious problem.
