I had so many medical issues and Dr. Mok was the only physician that truly was able to help me! His staff was so kind and friendly. His office just went above and beyond my expectations!

Dr.Mok is nice.But his unprofessional staff ruins the experience.They do NOT return phone calls.They submit wrong information to your insurance and pharmacy.Then they place blame on the patient.I had an appointment and when I showed up the unfriendly lady at the desk said she had no record of it and never apologized for the inconvenience to me.She decided to squeeze me in after I said I will never go there again.Do NOT come here unless Dr.Mok gets a staff that knows what they are doing.Dr.Mok again is a nice man.But his staff is not.

Dr. Mok was very kind answered all my questions. Explained the whole procedure using diagrams.He did an excellent job. Was very thorough. I would recommend him to any family member or friend

Called the office of Dr Mok 4 times in 3 weeks and NEVER received a call back. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
